Your artwork will be shipped directly from the artist.
Please be patient as they carefully package your new piece(s).
A tracking #number will be sent to you directly from us once your artwork is ready.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.
Original Packaging: Please retain the original packaging until you are sure you will keep the artwork, as this is necessary for safe returns.
Damaged Artwork During Shipping
Rest assured that your artist has taken great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Report the Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged artwork.
Provide Evidence: Send us photos of the damaged artwork and the shipping box.
Return the Artwork: We will arrange for the return of the damaged piece to the artist. The artwork is insured, so you will not incur any additional costs for the return.
Unsatisfied with Your Purchase?
We want you to love your new addition to your art collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your artwork.
Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition in the SAME BOX with the existing packing materials.
Return Documentation: Provide photos of the artwork and the original shipping box upon receipt.
Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for all shipping, tracking, and insurance costs associated with the return.
How to Return:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork to initiate the return process. We will work together with the artist.
Securely package the artwork in its original packaging.
Ship the artwork using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Once the artist receives and inspects the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
